About the Counselling Sessions

Your First FREE Assessment Session

Yes... Your first Assessment Session is absolutely FREE...with no strings attached, and my aim is to offer you a free Assessment Session as soon as possible within two weeks of your initial contact. Subsequently, I have made my fee deliberately manageable at a rate of only £35 per session. Although, someone who is unwaged may pay less.

At that first session you can bring me into your picture and talk about where you’re struggling. It will be down to you to tell me as much or as little as you feel able – without pressure or expectation.

People who want to go ahead will normally agree to go forward for six further sessions. This helps us to achieve a focus for progress.

The Location
The "Birmingham Counselling and Psychotherapy Centre" is the premier Counselling Centre in Birmingham. The Centre - located in Pottery House - is down an incline from Warley Woods and placed within a row of local shops. My downstairs room at the rear is the best room in the Centre!
